I WAS RUDLY AWAKEND AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFOR CHECK OUT. HOUSE KEEPING JUST WALKD IN WHEN I WAS ASLEEP. WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE A SHOWER, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. WHEN I LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW THEY SIMPLY SAID SORRY. THE WORST PART IS A WEEK LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD A FEE OF 25. THEY SAID I STOLL AN ALARM CLOCK. WHICH I DID NOT. I CALLD AND THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP. SHAME ON THIS PLACE. RUDE.
stayed here during the NBA All star game and compared to the big hotels this place was a bargain. Clean rooms, 24 hour food and gaming on site. I could not of been happier.
OK deal if you want low cost, don't mind being out a ways, and can overlook some blemished such as torn carpet, but I would prefer to pay more next time for a nicer place.
This hotel had many electrical violations. No one seems to care. The front desk staff is rude and not very friendly.
