Really clean and nice. Will stay again
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and were attentive. The only problem we encountered was that the heated pool wasn't very heated the last few days. They said the heater broke but we weren't sure. The buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary shuttle was also nice.
It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle of the strip and yet so close. I did not use the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay but I thought it was a great idea. Great clean comfortable rooms.
Our room was top floor on the freeway side and you can definatley hear the freeway noise. Still worth it. Overall, nice, clean, spacious and well-kept.Across the freeway from Mandalay Bay..not far from the strip (you will need to take resorts shuttle), but really in the ultimate location. DO NOT stay in North Las Vegas.For pets it's really nice. The cleaning fee was 100.00 when we were there so double check.
The beds were heavenly and you could not hear a sound from the other rooms or highway. The breakfast was a full spread, not just cold items, and was included in the price of the room. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, as well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely stay here again.
There is no casino, but you are 5 minutes from Mandalay Bay. Shuttle to strip. Staff is attentive and helpful. Calm/productive property for families and business travelers.
