The Doubletree Club was an excellent hotel. The room was well appointed, clean, and quiet. Convenient shuttle to the strip and especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby. Will definitely stay there again.
We stayed over for a flight home and were very happy. clean, pool open 24 hours, quiet, we had a view of the strip in the distance. unlike most places the fitness eq. all worked. The only snafoo was the shuttle in the morning. Apparently a guest had locked something in the safe and could not get it open and for some reason the driver got involved and it was 15 min. late getting going. We made the flight but barely.A nice place to stay and we would definitly stay again for the price we had.
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant within walking distance, shuttle to the airport was very prompt and the cookies are always good!
Clean odor free room, free cookies at check in, clean pool, peaceful, reasonable breakfast at *(hot or cold), free internet, safe in room and free newspaper at front door in the morning.
Doubletree in Henderson/Las Vegas was fantastic! Clean and quiet alternative to the strip. Great beds and an Au Bon Pan in the lobby for morning coffee, etc. Also, spacious business center in the lobby as well. Fitness Center was fantastic and unlike the hotels on the strip...no charge. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: spacious rooms, wireless internet, computers w/ Internet access downstairs, free local calls, free cookie at check-in. Cons: way overpriced for what you get (this would be an 80 hotel anywhere else), no wired internet in rooms (only wifi; hope you have it), room was non-smoking but it clearly had been smoked in, hot water took forever, water pressure in shower was pathetic, no free breakfast (it's the least they could do for the price). You should stay at a top-rate hotel on the Strip instead and you'll actually pay less while having more fun.
