It was pretty good, my kids enjoyed the pool with four different slides and a waterfall, the depth of pool ranges from 3 & 1/2-5 ft. not that crowded lots of employees though roaming around the pool loved the whirlpool oversized tub in master bedroom kitchen was tiny but fully equipped and functional only complaint is that it did not have a washer and dryer like other timeshares i've stayed in overall, if you're traveling with kids, it is a descent place to stay, definately worth the money under *. for a fully eqipped sweet, can't beat that i only saw two hammocks quick check in and out staff was pretty good.
My husband and I were very disappointed with the resort. From the moment I walked into the resort I noticed the carpet in the main lobby was stained and in places torn , the check in staff was not intrested in what they were doing. When we attempted to use the concierge one of the two women working that desk advised she could only assist if it would take less than 30 seconds... she had to go to lunch. The room was in bad shape. It appears someone had previously kicked the walls and the housekeeping staff did not think it was appropriate or important to remove all wall stains. The furniture was outdated and appeared to be dirty. The blankets provided appeared to be at least 25 years old , It was simply gross I noticed I had numerous bug bites all over my arms.! I was hard to believe it existed in looking at the current state of the Las Vegas location. The resort had only one venue for food and that was pretty poor as well.
The atmospher was very family friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and thanks to the availability of the shuttle we were close enough to the strip to enjoy the sights. Would stay here again.
I booked this hotel for my mom and her sister. I had already stayed here and knew she would just love it. Of course, my mom and her sister were awed! They loved being able to get away from it all and have their own "little apartment" They said a new Vegas Outlet opened next door and they spent over 7 hours in there and didn't finish walking all of it.They found it very easy to use the shuttle to the strip and then just use the double decker buses to get around and then take the shuttle back to the hotel. My mom will know try to convince her husband to take a trip back with her and stay at the hotel for at least a week!
Very comfortable rooms with lots of room. Kitchenette made our stay most convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
ad showed internet as an amenity but it is not. it showed nonsmoking rooms as an amenity as well but does not state that the resort is completely non-smoking. Smoking is given as an option when booking. The shuttle only goes to the Tropicana and does not run past midnight. You are so far off strip that cab fare is 20 bucks.

Horried Hotel! Gave us the Hives!! Do NOT stay here!!
Because I only have a limited space to tell of all the horrid things that happened on my stay at this hotel I will make an attempt to list them. 1) The hotel lost our reservation & took 30 mins to check us in after we had to call a million numbers to prove to them we had one. 2) The TVs were all missing the buttons, the remote had no back so the batteries flew everywhere & the DVD player did not work. 3) Upon trying to put clothes in our dresser, it fell apart! 4) Maintenance came to our room for these issues 5 times in the first two days! 5) We found a pair of mens underwear in our room that did not belong to anyone in our group!! Housekeeping suggested they were ours & did not take responsibility for them. 6)We had to move to a different room b/c of all our problems. The hotel did not offer to help with the move from one building to another. (6 people & a week work of groceries) 7) You are only allowed 1 pool float per room, even if you do have 6 people. There are not enough chairs for all the people. 8) They say shuttle takes 15 mins. But only had 1 working so we waiting a min of 30 mins. Due to location taxis from here to strip are a min of $20 but avg $40. 9) The GM was very skittish & wasn't happy about having to comp us dinner & drinks for our troubles. 10) After moving to our new room. My husband & I both began to experience itching, welts & redness from sleeping in our bed. The front desk suggested we must both be allergic to the detergent. We did not find that likely since we were fine in the last room's bed. We had hives for 4 days! After replacing the sheets they finally started to go away but that was our last day. Housekeeping didn't even put them on the bed, we had to ourselves! The organization and planning of this hotel is a disgrace. After staying at this hotel I will NEVER purchase a timeshare. I will NEVER EVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE! This is the worst hotel on the market. I am highly disappointed. Especially after reading so many great reviews. I could go on and on about how much this hotel ruined our trip but I will stop. I think you get the point. It was awful and completely ruined our trip. Oh and my husband and I just finally got our hives, redness and severe itching to go away today...one week after being home! DO NOT stay here!!!!!
