Got Asthma?
We avoided Vegas like the plague since we had kids (3&5). We have stayed at almost every hotel on the strip, ALL are too smoky for asthmatics. ...
Not a "HOTEL" as advertised it is a "TIMESHARE" which means there are no hotel amenities as expected. If you want your room cleaned you need to pay an extra 50.00. This establishment is falsly advertising this location with Travelocity as a Hotel. The staff were very uninterested in resolving any complaints. There is inadequite parking for the facility. If you are looking for a "HOTEL" don't stay here!
We loved the Grandview! The beds were very comfy, the Jacuzzi tub was very nice for soaking, we enjoyed having a separate bedroom from the kids, the grounds were very clean and nicely landscaped, check-in was pleasant (even though my name was not on the computer, the agent quickly resolved the issue), and we were not harrassed in any way about the timeshare. Having South Coast Casino across the street was perfect, and we loved the food and the equestrian center there. It was 10 minutes max from the Strip, bus stop was on the corner, and the parking was free. We will definitely stay again.
we had MAJOR problems getting in this place after we made reservations 2 months before...they sent us to a CRAPY hotel..that we were suposed to pay same price so after all that got fixed the place was everything we wanted but not the staff they were RUDE and it took HOURS to get service...i would stay here again but i would make sure you have EVERYTHING you need cuase they dont help with anything not extra blankets, towles, room serviece NOTHING...
We were very impressed by the apartment. This is a condo/timeshare. We were asked if we wanted attend a presentation for free show tickets, we declined and were not pressured. It is a bit off the strip, but we had a car anyway. Definitely worth the money. Definintely will stay here again. Beats a regular hotel room anyday.
Stayed at Grandview & attended convention at Southpoint across street; great bargain especially if you need 2 rooms as they are seperated by hallway & offer privacy; paid less for 1600' suite than for rooms at hotels nearby
We enjoyed being able to have our breakfast and coffee before exploring Las Vegas each morning. Every this about the condo was excellent. REally enjoyed the large whirlpool soaking tub and separate shower.Did not enjoy the HARD sell on timeshares or the attitude once you said no.We would stay again.
