Reserved a room in the luxury tower and was upgraded due to an overbooking. Room was clean and quiet. Casino was smaller than I expected and there were no shows or activities while we were there. It is by itself with only one other casino in walking distance and that was almost a mile away. The buffet is good at breakfast, that is the only meal we had there. Overall we enjoyed our stay only wish it would have been closer to other things.

Both the Hotel and the Motor Lodge were offered under the same listing, do not choose the motor lodge. It is an old, only partially maintained motel the Hotel intends to remove when the current hotel remodels are complete. Stay at the hotel, it had to be better. We ate at the Purple Parrot and asked for a smoke free environment, we received a second hand smoke enviroment (people were not allowed to smoke in the restaurant, but we got the second hand smoke from the casino).

Great place to stay. Nice to be connected to other hotels when the tables turn sour. Lots of food choices, but nothing special. Bed was hard. King room was great. Very clean. Loved having a table to eat late night snacks on. Easy check in and check out. Quiet, never hard the neighbors. Only harassed about time shares a few times. Better than what I expected. It is connected to Circus Circus so expect to see lots of kids. Even at 12am there were kids eating in the restaurants.

My husband and I have been staying here a couple of times a year for the last 10 years. We have now switched to the Silver Legacy. We were given a jacuzzi suite, which we asked and payed for since it was our anniversary. The lines were incredibly long at check-in which took forever.we did have a comfortable bed, but our room was near the elevator so children and people running up and down the hallway all night and day.. Apparently they were removing the jacuzzi tub in the room directly above us. When I called to complain I was told I would need to come down to the front desk and see if another room was available-no apology, no offer to check if there was anything else open, absolutely no offer of any kind. I left a voice mail for the manager who never returned my call. We won't stay there again.

Be careful they have an old and poor rooms in the back and the website is misleading that you are not in the mail hotel and you are in some old dumpy motel that the must of been the Atlantis years ago like the 50's. A motel 6 is better.

 by  anonymous  on  2007-12-14

got a great deal on a luxery tower room, then when we got there we were upgraded! to the concierge tower!! liked the room and the casino/restuarnts. bathrooms in the casino were very clean, room was very nice and large, and employees were friendly. saw the motorlodge when we pulled in, can see why so many were unimpressed by that (like a motel 6 in the parking lot really). but aside from the motorlodge i would recommend to EVERYONE! CANT WAIT TO GET GO BACK!
