great experience, great location, great staff

Great hotel; very clean and very close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I traveled with a pet, and was surprised to receive a room with a patio so we could spend time outdoors without leaving the property. Parking is about a block away and will cost 20 per day and the breakfast was not great; but I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in NYC.

I was apprehensive of going to a large city. The staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. They took care of many little things that put me to ease. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. Made my stay an enjoyable experience."
