It was obvious that the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was some brown stains on the toilet seat and cover and hair found on the floor and shower. Called to have housekeeping come to clean - waited 2 hours - had to call to cancel to use bathroom to get ready for business function. Very disappointed.
The Holiday Inn Express Downtown was one of the most pleasurable hotel experiences I have ever had. I was there as part of a 150+ person conference and the hotel was able to accommodate all of our needs. The rooms were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are ever in Albany, I would highly recommend this hotel...you can't go wrong! Free internet, pool, spa, hot tub, good cinnamon buns for breakfast, shuttle from airport, flat screen TVs, comfortable beds, and most importantly, great hotel staff.
These people bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable, Top shelf place. Very comfortable beds.
A lodging staple for budget-minded road-trippers and business travelers.
Since the Ramada brand made its debut in 1954 in Flagstaff, Ariz., the hotel franchise has been offering dependable accommodations
