Amenities
Our Best Western Inn & Suites is ideally situated - nestled in the heart of Leatherstocking Country and central New York State. We are located just a few minutes from the village of Cooperstown where you will find quaint shops, fine dining and of course, The National Baseball Hall of Fame. Even though Cooperstown is probably best known as being the home of America's favorite pastime (baseball), it is also a place filled with culture, heritage and natural beauty. Come experience world-class opera, national art exhibits, and hands-on history museums. Hunt for antiques and crafts on rural roads. Discover a timeless place in the rolling foothills of the northern Catskills, the land of James Fenimore Cooper's Leatherstocking Tales. We offer a wide range of room types to suit the needs of travelers. There are 62 rooms in The Inn and 36 seasonal suites in The Lodge that have a refrigerator and microwave (very convenient for those guests that will be with us for a while). Whether you are here on business or vacation, amenities such as our indoor pool and spa, fitness room, picnic pavilion, and game room will make your stay even more enjoyable. We think you will find our little niche of countryside unlike any other. We look forward to welcoming you.

after we checked in, we tried to get the advertised internet service and were totally flabbergasted at the rude behavior of the hotel clerks and even calling the isp. no one on staff there seems to know anything and treated us in the most roughshod manner possible. we found another hotel quickly and checked out within a few hours without using anything in the room. we feel grateful that we escaped from those characters.
We found the hotel to be all that it was advertised. Even thought we did not have children with us, it was apparent that it would be a great place to travel with a family.
