We spent one night at the Red Carpet Inn after our day at The baseball hall of fame. The hotel is a quick drive down the main state route from downtown cooperstown convient to both cooperstown and US Interstate 88. The hotel doenst have a pool, or Wi Fi or a consierge. But it does have clean rooms, soft beds, good selection of cable tv channels and a handy location. I enjoyed my stay there overnight and would stay again if in the area. The desk clerk was very helpful in helping us choose a restaurant for dinner.
This hotel was not what it appeared on the website. The rooms were run-down and in desperate need of updating. The room was not worth what we paid and it is the least expensive hotel in the area!
