While booking a room through travel agency, I noticed your rating is terrily misleading. Not only do I believe this hotel is at least a 4.5 rating according to your criteria but, so do others including top notch travel reviewers. First AAA ranks this at the top. Next Zagat ranked this hotel as the best of the best for service in North America. The hotels trophy wall boasts these and counless more. In short - real butelrs care for you. The hotel is stylish not trendy. And the historical structure and art are to marvel. Enjoy - Buffalo more when you stay at the Mansion.
