Everything was really perfect and hotel staff very friendly and courteous and must try the mexican restaurent next door. Its really good............ and dont forget to hang out at indian lake
We booked a 3 night stay, but we checked out immediately. The appearance is disgusting - cigarette butts on the floor, dirt everywhere, bad lighting, and the place smelled. When we checked in, the lady at the desk tried to charge us again (after we had already pre-paid with our online reservation) for * more per night than what we had already booked, but thankfully, we had our paperwork with us. We were given a key for the room which didn't work. After it was reprogrammed, we finally got into our room. It was 9 at night, and the room still hadn't been cleaned since the last person left. We were told that we could wait for somebody to come back to clean it because there were no other rooms available. Another couple that checked in at the same time had the same exact problem so I don't think it was a fluke. Needless to say, we did not stay there. There was a nice hotel just across the street which was only * more per night. I would not recommend this place to somebody I hated... needless to say, we will NEVER try to stay at this property again and will avoid staying at any other property of that chain of hotels again.
This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Housekeeping is non existant. We had rooms in day. We checked out after days as we couldn't stand it any longer.
