We stayed downtown for my boyfriends birthday. The room was beautiful! Big comfortable bed, big flat screen tv, very spacious. Hotel bar was nice, lounge area with pool tables very nice. Hotel is within walking distance to Cleveland's main attractions, and a short distance from the bars. Parking garage is pricey but safe parking in Cleveland can't be beaten. Great hotel at a great price!!
We went to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF and a Cleveland Cav's basketball game. The hotel is a nice short walk from the Rock & Roll HOF; we needed to drive the 6-7 blocks to the Cavs game. The hotel was very nice and clean; not much immediately around it in terms of restaurants as it is in the business district of Cleveland (at the very edge). The pool was very nice; very large with comfortable water temperature, and the hot tub was comfortable. The hotel was renovating a couple of floors, so one of the elevators was out of service... not a big deal as there are four.
This hotel is average looking both outside and in the public areas, however the rooms make up for that. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and the beds are firm and ready to be slept in! The large swimming pool and hot tub was a great bonus but the temperature of the water should have been warmer by a few degrees. Overall, a nice hotel and will definitely stay again a 3rd time.
This hotel was in a great location. Near the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Science Museum, also near the Cleveland Browns stadium. We were there for the Dew Tour and it was within walking distance. The hotel staff was great. The shuttle bus drivers were also very good. The pool area was in the process of being refurbished and was not all that great but the imporvements they were working not will look be worth it.
Basic hotel with a great location for the Browns stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or the Science Center. Hotel had a breakfast buffet, but it wasn't advertised anywhere. Nice pool, whirlpool was not working the night we were there.
We stayed here for my son's pee-wee hockey tournament. Great for families - big pool, kids eat for free, you can walk to restaurants, although they had a van that would drive you anywhere in downtown. We did have to pay to park in the hotel garage, but all the hotels in downtown that we checked out charged for parking, and this garage was attached right to the hotel.
