The Staff went out of their way to assure our comfort. the food was excellent and well served. security was above expectation.
The entire staff we encountered were helpful, courteous and pleasant. Kudos to housekeeping & desk clerk that found my needed ticket in the trash in hotel room after my checking out. They saved me!! The ticket could not be duplicated or replaced!! The entire hotel was safe & immaculate!
Overall, the hotel stay was good. Best suited for people flying in or out of clevelend airport. Dining was disappointing for the price. Stick with the simple fair rather than the entrees. Best hotel bed we have slept in, which made up for the dinner. Staff is also A+.
