Our room smelled terrible and was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and it was very loud. The one nice thing I can say is that the staff was nice.
This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a clean place to stay for the night. The furniture/decor is rather old. The game room has 4 or 5 games. Good for the money I payed. Walmart is right behind motel for easy shopping.
We knew we were gonna be at Cedar Pt. all day, so we only wanted a place to sleep & shower. We did want to bring our kitties with us, and this place was listed at pet friendly. However, when reading over the info in the room, it said No Pets Allowed. We just kept the do not disturb sign up all weekend. Other than that, all was fine. It's right by Cedar Pt (2 min drive) and there are a ton of shops/food near by. We don't need a fancy place to sleep, so we were content.
