We came for a plant show and celebration of our 34th ann. What a disappointment. The only thing good was location to convention center. If we could have found another room we would have moved.
Good hotel for budget. Clean rooms OK decor. Pool was clean no hot tub. Staff could use some coaching on customer service, they were VERY inflexible with breakfast hours. Try to get anything about 10 minutes before end time, good luck! Caution: On our last day we got locked out of our room as did several others due to some type of lock failure. Nothing worked, managers keys or maids. A manual key was locked in manager's office. Manager was not in for two more hours, around 10am. We missed our flight home as a result. No comp was offered for this inconvenience.
The room was clean and hotel was quiet.The complementary breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Would stay there again. Great Value!!!
