Talk about lack of customer service, spent over 1200 dollars for the weekend and got horrible service at the spa, so my girlfriend and I decided to cancel our massage and they slapped us a 100 dollar cancellation fee and then they were done with us. So If you enjoy having your money taken and getting nothing in return go to HERSHEY PA!!!
I have been staying here since I have been a child. I am now bringing my children and nothing has changed. It smells the same, you still get hershey bars at check in and I am still a kid when it comes to the park. The beds are heaven and the staff is polite and helpful.
We visit the hotel hershey every year. It has become our favorite long weekend spot. The beds are devine and the spa is top notch.
