The last night of out two week trip was spent in the best possible Hotel. The staff was friendly and recommended the best resturant (Dobbin House). The rooms were the cleanest from our complete trip. The only problem was there was not a printer for the computer in the lobby. Thank you for a great evening.
The Hampton Inn stay was very pleasant. The carpeting was new, the beds were the best I have ever seen and it was very clean. There were several busses of sports teams there and it was almost impossible to get to the breakfast area and there we no tables available and people waiting for them. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.
Was intially charged 88 over confirmed price. Pool over chlorinated. Employees children let to swim unsupervised. Carpets were filthy, bathroom sink clogged. Adjoining room door wouldn't stay open. The absolute worst was that we found 4 small spots of dried blood on our sheets. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Hotel was undergoing renovations. Plenty of free parking. Distance and time to the battlefield about 2.5 miles and 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful with suggestions for where to have dinner.
