People were friendly, helpful ,rooms were clean. they had a microwave, coffeepot and refrig. iron and ironing board in the room. behind the hotel is a Giant Grocery store that was open 24 hrs. and the hotel provided coffee 24 hrs in the lobbey
New Hotel and very clean. The price was better than I expected. Hotel is a little way out of the main stream of things but not so far as to be a major issue when choosing where to stay next time. I thought the breakfast was a little high - * a person. The one thing I would complain about - if I were to complain was the mattresses and pillows - very uncomfortable for such an awesome hotel.
Hotel is very new looking and attractive. Rooms was comfortable and roomy and bathroom is well stocked with towels and supplies, especially hair dryer. We had trouble with the room lock and once reported, we were given a new room and complimentary breakfast coupons for our entire stay. The hot tub is a good size but the pool is a little small if alot of guests are using it. With this, i would reccomend this facility to couples and families.
I like this hotel for it's service & pleasant lobby atmosphere--the breakfast buffet is good also. However, both winter breaks we stayed here, the indoor pool's heater was ""broken"". Pool temp was 55--unhappy kids--we selected this hotel b/c of the indoor pool.
