After spending hours in Charlotte waiting to get to New Jersey, agreed to Allenton, PA. Called this hotel listed on the board; there was shuttle service and gave us a "distressed travelers" discount not through any effort by the airlines. Beautiful room, gracious service people, great little breakfast. Slept incredibly well in beautiful room and took hotel shuttle to bus station in morning to get to Newark. Husband and I loved this little area and have agreed to fly in to Allenton from now on.
We came for a gymnastics clinic with the Gattaca Team at Lehigh Valley Sports Academy. We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, front desk staff was very helpful on where to go and eat, and even took the time to accommodate us with a refridgerator for my son's special needs. Thank you for everything and we will be back.
Everything was good until I realized i had been ate up by BED BUGS ......
I recently stayed in this hotel while in the Allentown area and could not have been more satisfied. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, the bathroom (very important) was immaculate, service was excellent, and the pool was great. My only suggestion would be the hotel nicely request guests refrain from smoking in the pool area as there were many clildren in that area
We came for a graduation and was very disappointed in the location and service. We thought this hotel was close to Lehigh but it was quite a distance and the service was horrible. The rooms had leftover towels from the previous guest, there was leftover soap and I felt the sheets were used. I would not recommend this hotel.
