Great hotel! Great location....great price..... great breakfast... The best place we stayed at on this trip. You can walk to so many places. Absolutely awesome. Desk personell had a cheerful bubbly personality which made this weary traveler feel much better.
If you want a great downtown location in a nice looking, clean hotel with very helpful staff, this is the place !!
What a beautiful historic building that is matched by some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the time I entered the door, I knew the visit would be relaxing and memoriable. I would highly recommend the Courtyard and it is well worth the value.
we arrived there after a horrible experience we lost our luggage and was waiting for airline to get ahold of us the staff was amazing they accomadated us and made up for the horrible flight and experience we had my girlfriend is from Philadelphia this hotel made the visit and business trip a wonderful experience. Hubby and I stayed there while attending affair at Convention Center - 3 blocks away. From the time we pulled in until we left, every member of the staff greeted us with a smile and a ""can I help with anything"" attitude. Room was clean and well stocked. Great location with many great restaurants in the area. Front desk was nice. Pool was a little small but we did not go to swim. Great area and great value! Kudos to the staff!
We had just driven in through the POURING rain at 2 am. The front desk attendant was not friendly or helpful. The only thing to eat in the hotel were some sad old sandwiches. The valet was MIA. The front desk said we could leave the keys, and she would slip the ticket under the door. She never did, and the next morning they had to search for our car and we had to prove it was ours. The room itself was clean and comfortable.This all would have been ok, if it had been a cheap motel. But it wasn't cheap
