The room, staff and all facilaties were excellent. My two small children and I settled in with popcorn and hot chocolate that the hotel provided after they enjoyed the pool. It was a great stay, and I would highly reccomend the hotel to families and/or buisness travelers.
We usually spend a weekend in the city around Christmas. This was our first time at the Residence Inn. The location is perfect for seeing and doing just about anything in the downtown area. This central location is within walking distance of museums, shopping, theaters and historical sites. The hotel is directly across the street from City Hall. We had a great view of the clock tower and beautiful architecture of the Historic City Hall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available, but pricey. Next time we'll take the train into town.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room had large windows, with a wonderful view of the city. The staff was friendly and informative. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The hotel is central to art museums and historic interests, with a good walk or a short taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel.
Room, hotel and staff excellent. Elevators are slow especially when busy. If you are driving and on an extended stay, parking across Market St street is much cheaper for the monthly rate.
This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance (9 blocks) of historic area. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly. It was nice to have the kitchenette since our family prefers not to eat in restaurants. Getting groceries was a bit of a hassle, as Trader Joe's was the closest, 7 blocks away. Breakfast was awesome! We would definately reccommend this hotel!
This hotel is centrally located (Market Street El line around corner and PHLASH stops in front of hotel) which is great for site-seeing. Small indoor pool open until 11pm. Buffet breakfast had great selection. Didn't try social hour. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were having some trouble with the elevators when I was there. I was solo traveler but I would recommend this hotel for families as well.
Free hot breakfasts and comforts of home entice travelers in need of long-term lodging.
Established for travelers staying for more than a few days, this all-suite hotel offers home-like amenities. Generously sized studi
