We used this hotel as a stopover between Newport and Providence. It was inexpensive so we were not expecting a lot. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. It had a mini fridge and a microwave which were very convenient. The hot tub and pool were perfect temperatures, clean, and not crowded. We were only at the Best Western for one night, then checked into the Providence Biltmore (for work purposes), which is a historic 5 star hotel, I would choose the Best Western Greenwich Inn over the Biltmore if we are ever in the area again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. Also it is only 20-30 minutes from Newport and from Providence, very centrally located to these two places.

This hotel was absolutely great. It was located about 20 miles south of Providence, which was good for us since we don't come from a city, so it was nice being outside the city. The hotel was up right off of the main highway which was good (it was literally right off the exit...we actually missed it getting off, cuz it was right there and we didn't expect it to be that close). But the location was great. The beds were alright. They were sleepable, but they weren't as comfortable as they could have been. My friend had a little trouble sleeping, cuz her back didn't like the mattress. The bathroom was a little not up to par as well. The walls were peeling a little, and they were stained a little, but it really didn't matter to us, honestly who goes to a hotel based on the bathroom. The service was excellent. All of the staff was very friendly and served our needs very well. The continental breakfast was very good too. Just enough to get you going in the morning. The coffee/hot chocolate machine thing is pretty cool if you ask me....it's a really fancy one that has like 7 different functions and drinks that it serves. The breakfast room was really cute and cozy as well. But our favorite part about the hotel was the pool and jacquzzi. They were both warm and hot enough to our liking. It was very relaxing for us. This was just a three day vacation from our real lives in snowy, miserable Vermont, and we enjoyed every minute of this hotel!!! I would definitely recommend it!!!

convenient spot, good price, pleasant helpful staff, good simple breakfast options, enjoyed hot tub and pool, no switch at the door to turn on all the lights

Our stay at the Best Western in West Greenwich was very enjoyable. The rooms were large enough, clean, and comfortable. The lobby was attractive, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The customer service was excellent. We landed in Boston in a blizzard and needed to cancel our first night because we couldn't get to the hotel, and both Best Western and Travel agency were accommodating, crediting us that night's hotel costs (we had pre-paid). Thanks to both Best Western and Travel agency, we had a very nice visit. We will definitely stay here again.
