I've stayed here twice. It's no-frills but I give it four stars b/c I Priceline-d it last time and it's definitely worth $90/night.

I expected the room to be slightly bigger for the price paid. But it was very clean, and the atmosphere of the hotel was nice and fancy.
When I booked the room I asked for the best available room, and received a Jr. suite at * for one (Saturaday) night. Note parking is not included, which added *+ . I have no problem with the price, and the check in was fast and polite. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed trash on the floor, which was still there eight hours later. The room was average in appearance, with a nice bed, BUT...there was a very large (12+") red wine stain in the middle of the floor! I also noticed the phone cord in the very average bathroom was filthy. In addition the a/c was fair at best. I told the front desk staff and sent the corporate office an email, the hotel manager responded with an offer of free breakfast on my next stay at the hotel!! I have stayed at many hotels in many parts of the world, and was really surprised they would rent out a room in this condition, especially at the rate charged. I have reached a point in my life where I am unwilling to tolerate rooms in this condition, and try to book accordingly. If you are at all fussy about cleanliness, I would not stay here.
Most hotels in downtown Providence are very expensive, but this was a great deal! Easy access to the Providence Place Mall without going outdoors. Parking gets a bit pricey. The fitness center had lots of wonderful equipment!
This hotel is extremely comfortable and has awesome views of Providence. It is actually connected to the Providence Place Mall and RI convention center. It is also connected to the parking garage. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is worth the extra money to stay here when in Providence.
A group of my friends and I meet my boyfriend and his friends at the hotel. It was amazingley beautiful I couldn't belive it. I really had a great time, as well as my friends. I would recommend it to anyone I know, and I have. It s most defintaly the best hotel I've stayed in reasently.
