I found this hotel by accident, I thought it was another hotel I had stayed at on a prior trip. When we arrived we were met by courteous and knowledgable staff, willing to "do whatever it takes" to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, the bed linen looked to be new and the pool was in good order. The facility is completely non-smoking and even though I am a smoker, I appreciated that previous guests didn't try to "sneak one" in the room. I would definately stay at this hotel again. My only complaint would be...The Coffee. I would suggest finding a new supplier because that has got to be the worst and weakest coffee I have ever tasted. In the future I will probably bring my own. But in all seriousness, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Spent one night at this hotel and was quite surprised at the friendliness of the check -in staff person and the spaciousness and cleaniness of the room. Would difinitely stay there again and would recommend to my family and friends.

Front desk staff was wonderful. In fact all staff very friendly and helpful. Managers hosted reception every night and breakfast can rival Embassy w/o the cost. Very clean rooms, pool, etc. Close to airport and downtown.

This is a great hotel, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Charleston. We walked in latelooking for a room after a bad experience at another local hotel. The desk clerk was wonderful. The room was new and very spacious with a great bed. Could not have asked for anything better. No noise from the local interstate. Very close to Cracker Barrel, IHOP and Denny's.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Staff was polite and accommodating in meeting my family's needs. Very clean heated pool which my children enjoyed immensely. Beds were comfortable and we all slept soundly, despite being located near the interstate. Secure facility with a front door entrance only. Very nice continental breakfast which offered a variety of items. I will definitely stay here again.
