We stayed here for 4 days on vacation in Charleston. The hotel is within easy reach about 3 miles from downtown Charleston. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.
We recently had the oppurtunity to stay at this hotel for two nights last weekend. The hotel was very accomidating to my request for a room with a view and allowed me to have flowers delivered to the room prior to our checkin. Room was excellent and had a great view and very clean. Continental breakfast has a good choice including waffles and hot food also. I would definately recomend staying at this location and will do so again when I travel to Charleston. Although not directly downtown, it is a short drive and you save about 145 over the room prices down there.

We stayed one night -good location, room and value for money
The hotel was located in a lovely setting on the water. When we checked in, the desk clerk asked which floor we would prefer - we requested a view of the water, and they were happy to give us a room facing the water. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.The room had a nice sitting area and a kitchen area with microwave and small refrigerator. The refrigerator was especially handy to keep leftovers from our great meals in Charleston.The breakfast was excellent. There were many choices of food and drink. Wireless internet was also convenient.
The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was much better than expected. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but on the plus side it was very quiet at night. Overall I was very happy with my stay, I'd stay here again.
