i cannot begin to compliment this hotel enough.the staff,the rooms,everything.everyone was extremely helpful.i would recommend this hotel to anybody.everything was within walking distance.it was a great place!!!
The studio suite was beautiful and definitely clean. It had a nice, open air feel to it with a sitting area, separate bar area w/ fridge, microwave, and sink. The sitting area was comfortable and stylish, and the beds were amazing. We felt right at home as soon as we walked into the room.The front desk service was extremely friendly and helpful, and made the check in/check out process quick and easy.The complimentary hot breakfast was very tasty with plenty of options. We saw no need to eat elsewhere as this service more than met our needs.The location of the hotel was excellent...just a short block away from all the downtown action.Overall, our stay was EXCELLENT!!!
Great service. Pool was closed , they didn't make us pay for our room for three nights at * a night! that is insane! no one stands behind their hotel like that. and everything else there was great. walking distance to broadway, across the street literally from the country music hall of fame, and museum. nice clean brand new rooms
