The hotel is well located for easy access to downtown, the West End and the convention center by light rail. Also an easy ride from Love Field. Request an upper floor room on the city side. Lower floors on freeway side of the building get noise from freeway and ventilation fans below. Staff is very accommodating, even suggested an excellent downtown place for a last minute haircut.

This was a great hotel. It was very clean, updated, and overall just neat. We had a small child who was "awed" by the whole experience. The pool was a little small for such a big hotel, but it was nice that it was outside. We only stayed for one night and compared with the other hotels we stayed in over the week, this was the best. We will definately go back on our next trip.

Beds at this hotel are pillow top and very comfortable. All the staff very friendly. I was disappointed that maid service only made my beds each day, my son ate chips in the room and they were still there after the maid left. The room only had one comfy chair and one desk chair, so we really couldn't watch TV at night without laying on the beds. We wanted to visit the Reuionn tower but that was under construction which was noted on the restaurant's website. The breakfast buffet was very good, however it was overpriced. We did leave our hotel to find a place to eat but found nothing open for breakfast within walking distance. We visited the West End within Walking distance for dinners and found plenty of places to eat there. The alarm clock in our room was an IPOD recharging station but it didn't have a cord only batteries and we couldn't figure out to get it to play our IPOD. We wanted to rent a car and the hotel Concierge called a car rental company and they delivered the car to the hotel, but we had to pay 20 for valet parking for the nite on top of the rental fee. Our room was off of the lobby/Bar area and we could hear football fans chanting until the bar closed. Request a room away from the bar if you want it quieter. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was so nice! The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly. In the lobby they have a computer with all the airlines listed so that you can print your boarding passes for your return flight. You can print your passes right there on the printer next to the computer at no charge! This was so convienent and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me was the Reunion Tower was closed for repair until fall of 2008. That tidbit was not listed on any web site. I was looking forward to dining up in the rotating tower. I guess I'll just have to go back again next year. I enjoyed the way the room was decorated. I am so tired of going to numerous hotels and thinking, "does every hotel buy their furniture and paintings from the same store?". Not this one. Everything was so modern. They also had 4 pillows to each bed! I'm used to only having 2 and having to ask for more. They also supplied starch with the iron. This was a first for me. I also noticed that the soap dishes in the bathroom were porceline. I appreciated these small details. Our room was also ready hours before check-in. That was helpful. We stayed in a smoking room and when we checked in, it did not smell like it was a smoking room. The alarm clock was brand new. It was one of the ipod ones. Really cool. I would def stay here again. I will also consider a Hyatt hotel for other trips I plan to take in the future in other cities.
