Perfect stay for downtown Dallas
So glad we picked this hotel! All of the staff was super friendly and professional, a refreshing change to see so many smiling faces! Check in ...
This was a sheraton? the entire hotel was a joke from the staff to the pools that were dirty and warmer then the actual hot tub. The rooms were old, rundown, and musty, i switched rooms as soon as i got there, i knew i was in for a rough time when the lights in the room didnt turn on, and the room was freezing cold. The next room i had, had paint missing and mold growing in the bathroom, the bathroom door was missing so no privacy there, old dirty wallpaper, the shower had been there and back and the TV looked like they got it from a flee market in 1975, at least it had color i guess. Internet is offered for 12.95 per day and that day starts at 2pm and ends the next day at 2pm it is extremely slow 2-4kbps they have some serious nerve to charge that kind of money, and that is just for 1 computer any other incur another 12.95 charge Any attempt at fooling you into thinking there is some kind of flat screen or anything of any kind of worthiness toward what you would expect a sheraton to be or a room at the sheraton to be take heed, People need to know NOT to stay here. The only redeeming quality of the entire place is actually the restaurant which had good food which was decently priced, but that is certainly not enough to make up for the lack of class, cleanliness, and poor customer service. You will do you and your family a favor stay away
This is awful. Even the 50% price reduction could not make up for dirty floors, walls and ceilings, broken lampshades, frayed drapes, dirty air conditioner etc in the room. Service was poor. The bed was fairly comfortable. Public areas were ok. Breakfast buffet just so so. There was a general air of seediness and pennypinching. There are plenty of other hotels along this stretch of I35E so no need to stay here.
My husband and I wanted to stay in a hotel that would be a great relaxing escape for the weekend. The location of the hotel and the comfortable bed were the only things great about this hotel. We spent over X a night and got a ""suite"" that had peeling wallpaper, water damaged walls, a patio with no screen, a broken coffee maker, the border on the wall was actually hanging and you could see yellow and blue tacks attempting to solve the problem, and the pool and patio area were filthy! this hotel is not worth the money!
I have never stayed at a Sheraton in the poor condition this one was in. There was no dresser in the room, so be ready to live out of your suitcase.
