The size of the room is great, kitchen makes it really convenient. But the service of the front desk isn't that great, they don't deliver towels to your room; no house cleaning on Sunday which was not pointed out when we checked in the hotel. Breakfast area is small (only 5 tables).
I checked in on 3-5-07 for 4 days - my company has extended twice for 4 more days and the house keeping is the pits- I am still sleeping on the same sheets I checked in and the bathroom has not been cleaned in a week - when I asked them to clean the bathroom and change the sheets I was informed that since I am staying less than a week on each extention that they WILL NOT clean the bathroom or change the sheets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
I have to say that this is the only hotel that looks exactly like the pictures in the brochure - it is amazing - I am so pleased at the cleanliness, the furnishings, the linens are top rate, the staff is excellent and the property is very very clean.
The only, and I mean only, complaint I had is that the promised queen sized bed I am positive was only a double!
The staff was great! The suite provided all of the necessary items to make us feel as though we were at home. I highly recommend this property!
