I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. At check in the clerk was very helpful and informative. The room was very nice and comfortable. There was a pool on the top floor with a beautiful view of Downtown San Antonio. The view at night was especialy nice. There was also an indoor pool. The free hot breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect also. The riverwalk was accessable from the hotel and the sarrounding tourist sights were walking distance. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was short but very nice and we can't wait to go back.

The Drury Plaza was an extremely nice hotel. The room was very well furnished and the morning breakfast was convenient. The afternoon happy hour was a good way to start the evening. The Riverwalk was only a block away and the Alamo and mall were very close also. We enjoyed our short stay there and would do it again.

We were here on business but stayed an extra day to enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer. We loved the hotel and will definately come back with our kids! We loved the breakfast, and the Riverwalk being so accessable. The hotel is in beautiful condition. It's a beautiful old bank building. You feel really good staying here. We walked for dinner the first night on the Riverwalk to the Iron Cactus, great food! We came back later and had some of the free popcorn and soft drinks. They offer the free "happy hour" drinks, but we were not around to enjoy that, but they really do offer a lot of "free" extras- love that! Check this place out!

Our family had reserved two rooms but when we arrived the hotel only had us down for one room. Belen at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She got the manager over right away, the manager took care of the problem right away. They were very accommodating regarding our needs during our stay giving us directions several times etc. The rooms were very nice and large. The snack and beverage time in the evening was very nice as well. The breakfast was very good with fresh food being served. It would have been nice to have more fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet otherwise it was great. I thought the shampoo and soaps would have been more upscale for the price of the room. We enjoyed the stay very much. Belen at the front desk and Wesley at the valet parking went over and above to help us. This hotel was near enough to all the attractions we were interested in to walk to. If you're going to an attraction with a deadline stay on the streets rather than getting on the Riverwalk. The Riverwalk should be taken at a leisurely pace.

Hotel staff was extremely kind and courteous everyday. Vallet parking was pricey but worth it. Call early on a Saturday morning. There is no public parking real close by. Lots of one way streets around the hotel. Hotel was very clean, quiet in our room, not a lot of hallway noise. Pool is a little small, but clean. 2 nice hot tubs also. Able to get right to the Riverwalk from the basement. Good signage everywhere for the hotel amenities. Would definitely stay again! Comfy, cozy & clean rooms. Close to all hotspots in San Antonio.
