well on line they nevered mentioned that check in was at 4:00pm we arrived at 11:00am and had to wait till 5:00 pm to get in our room . Also when they mention river walk view which we did get they dont mention that were they are located it doesnt have much to look at you are not located were the restraunts are its just the river walk by it self. other that that the hotel was very clean and nice workers were very helpful to help you find what you needed. i would probably stay there again if i were to go back it was very easy to find the location. The only thing that they need to let people know is that their car garage does not just fit any ones car in there. We had to park at another garage because my trcuk was to high and to wide.
This hotel was fun, right on the riverwalk central to everything in downtown, so we just parked and walked to everything from the tower of the Americas to market square and the Alamo. The staff was friendly and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The restaurant is very good and the mud slide for dessert will cure any sweet tooth. The fourth of July fireworks displays around the city were great from our 20th floor rooms balconies.

Employees are very accomodating and the hotel is nice and clean, although 1 day after we came, they did a little construction close to elevator, it was properly noted, so no inconvenience done.
Was amazed to see how expensive it is to stay around the Riverwalk area in San Antonio but was very glad to find this hotel with good parking and amazing location. It's still on the Riverwalk but in a more quiet portion so still convenient walking to all the great attractions. Rooms were comfortable but probably a good thing to be up higher to be further removed from some of the passing revelers. We were in an accessible room which was nice and spacious but terrible set up for the shower and poor drainage leaving wallpaper peeling and wet floors. Management was good about calling to check we were fine and offered to move us when told about the room issues and when rooms were available and provided compliementary breakfast.
Rooms were just ok. Staff not very efficient. Tried calling for 1/2 hour to get a wakeup call, they never did answer. Stopped by desk 2nd nite, call came 10 min. late! Water pressure VERY low.....I would not stay here again
