I will admit when we first drove up to the Sheraton and saw all the ongoing construction on the adjacent condo property we were afraid we had made a bad choice as far as hotels went. Our fears were laid to rest as soon as we entered the hotel. Our bags were taken care of, checking in was easy, and the hotel looked very clean. We were given a choice of free breakfast or 3 free in-room movies to make up for the nearby construction. The beach is right outside the hotel. The pool was large and my kids enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was superb. We are already planning our next stay at the Sheraton!
I really enjoyed my vacations the hotel has a great location , the people at the front desk are frendly, the room was very clean and the swiming pool had a part with warm water it was great because this days were a little coold , everything was excellent! My wife and my mother in love love it. We are thinking comming back in the next vacations."
this hotel was the best and had the best service i have ever recived .housekeeping and the front desk were so nice ,and meet all our needs .beach is right their and the rooms are clean .,i have to say i loved it and will be coming back .
My daughter is getting married on the island in October and the reception will be at the Sheraton. We stayed at the hotel in order to make wedding arrangements and were very disappointed that they told us we had a partial ocean view room when it overlooked construction--we were told the construction woulld not bother us! They moved us to another roon, but it stilll overlooked construction-just further up. We awoke to loud machines, beeping and air horns at 0700, which continued all day. The pool area is nice, but you see and hear construction of the high rise practically on Sheraton property. Our roomm should have been greatly discounted and the Sheraton should have been honest about how bad it really is. I value integrity, and the Sheraton does not value that-just the almighty dollar!
The Room: Motel 6 quality - paint peeling off walls, grungy, old and dirty, Bathroom, tile very moldy, tile coming off around toilet. Bath moldy Balcony door a nail breaker to open Bathroom door did not close and my son got stuck in it. The walls look like they have been poorly patched for 30 years an A/c ""window unit"" cut into the wall, dirty Last warning, this place is a DUMP
This hotel was horrible. We got to the hotel, they forgot to mention that the whole hotel is being renovated. The room was dirty and we didn't have a patio to go out on (construction). They said we could get a new hotel if we were satisfied with a refund, none of that was true though,
