The hotel will deliver menu items to rooms and to guests at the pool. Guest services include 13 meeting rooms with high-speed Internet access, secretarial services, audio/visual equipment, a business center, gift shop, vending machines, ice machines, tour desk, valet parking, valet laundry, babysitting, express check-in/out, concierge services, and a complimentary shuttle to the airport (advance notice requested). We had been while going to a tubing trip..this was an ideal place because of the location. For the price I paid it was a luxury. Overall no complaints.
Not a luxury hotel but very nice, modern and clean. The pool was great and the breakfast brunch very good. However the relaxed atmosphere was the best, great staff.
We arrived after 10 P.M. and the night staff was rude, incompetent, and uncaring. The shower lacked water pressure. Our room service food arrived cold. We tried to contact the front desk for a cab and no one answered. We had to go downstairs and call a cab ourselves. If not for the amazing service we received the following morning, we would have changed hotels. Multiple members of the day staff actually thanked us for staying at their hotel. "
The Hotle can be a bit hard to find. You will have to drive to site seeing locations in Austin but it isn't loud like a lot of the downtoen hotels. The King bed was fantastic, followed closely by the pool, workout room and pool area.
this hotel is average at best and is located in the middle of nowhere and walking distance from nothing.
2 adults in king bedroom. No noise (but, we were at END of hall). Bed was soooo soft: down comforter and many many pillows. Bathroom clean and wonderful. Pool was AWESOME - immaculate w/fresh towels everywhere.
