Very clean, but gaps around door & lock had been removed and re-installed. Good size room with full kitchen and decent working space, laundry room on premises and very clean. No "business center" in lobby, but desk staff printed off boarding passes for us. "Complimentary breakfast" was bagels and cream cheese, no fruit in sight. Desk did warn us it was very limited. Nice coffee shop in plaza next door.Biggest problem for our family [we had two non-smoking and one smoking room] was that tobacco smoke was carried into rooms on ventilation systems as the second floor of both buildings we were in allowed smoking. The company should consider making at least one of the three buildings completely smoke free. At one point we had to leave the room completely for several hours with the fans on as I am asthamatic and tobacco smoke triggers attacks. Except for that, nice place, a little far from downtown, but very quiet at night. We would stay again if smoking were banned, otherwise not.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. I was surprised at how nice the room was for the price. I've stayed with this brand before and this one is much nicer than the others I've stayed with. It's not close to tourist spots but it is close to shopping and meeting areas.
