My husband and I stayed here for my birthday, which my husband planned with care. He is very detailed and made sure to reserve a table at the fancy steak house for both weekend nights that we stayed. This was all planned 2 months in advance. When we checked in on the 2nd night for dinner, the hostess was very abrupt and stated we didn't have a reservation. We were perplexed, as they had our reservation the night before. She got more and more beligerant and we asked to see the manager. We didn't realize she was standing there watching the whole scene unfold, and letting her employee treat customers so rude. We were really surprised. In the end we got to dine from the steak house menu, but in the casual restaurant. Not a great atmosphere for a birthday celebration. The rooms are very nice and clean. We thought the amenities were surprising, considering the inexpensive price. Do not, however, waste your time on the spa. It was unprofessional and the therapists seemed really unsure of what they were doing. Be sure to save your for a nice spa day when you get home. My husband had a sore neck for a week after his massage. I requested a female therapist (which I was assured I would have ) only to be massaged by a male. Not a big deal other than I was promised a female. The soak tub was so filthy! There is a server who is so professional she seemed out of place there. Request "x" if you dine at the restaurant. She made up for a lot of the incompetence we had to deal with. The mountain biking was great. We would recommend going to Georg's for service and knowledge of local trails/shuttles.

This was a great deal. The rooms were very clean and the price was very reasonable. Plenty to do in the immediate area but also close enough to access Cedar City and Bryce Canyon in a short time. We will definately stay there again. Would be great for families.
