Wintergreen is an 11000 acre four-season destination mountain resort conveniently located adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 45 miles south-west of Charlottesville Virginia. Accommodations feature spacious studio to seven bedroom villas many with magnificent mountain views. The resort features 45 holes of championship golf/The Wintergreen Golf Academy/20 ski and snowboard trails with a 1000 vertical drop/24 tennis courts (3 indoor)/The Wintergreen Tennis Academy/Camp Wintergreen Child care and Activity Programs/5 swimming pools/a 20-acre lake for fishing/swimming and boating/30 miles of marked hiking trails/nature programs produced by the Wintergreen Nature Foundation/horseback riding/the Wintergarden Spa/road and mountain bikes/25000 square feet of meeting and banquet space for groups of up to 500 and a full calendar of special events.
