Hot, dank NOT updated as claimed. Cracked toilet, mold in 32" shower stall, corroded sink fixtures, holes in walls from things being removed & not repaired,Mold in wall ceiling corners, Heating/cooling equiptment falling apart and not working (added window air condtitoning) bug crawllng from under bed,(I killed them) hollow core front door and evidence of damage at door latch. Paneling from 1970's painted poorly. The room stunk, really. house keeping minimual at best! I have photos to back up my claims of all statements. Drive 50 miles if necessary to stay away from here. Didn't stay at all. needed to pay up front for all three wanted days before given room key. Asked for refund...DENIED.. 14 day cancelation policy. Close to convention center, stay away from here until they really deliver what they advertize
