Ripped Off
Drove up to the Days Inn and asked for rate. When we got to the room, the posted rate for the room ($159.00) was LESS than the rate we paid ($1...
This place asked for a credit card for incidentals only, but charged to my bank card without informing me. The trip was pre paid thru the travel website! They have assured a credit within 4 -10 days, but have tied my money up till then. The morning "breakfast" is in a small area, and messy. The staff are unable to understand English, the manager is nowhere to be found. Maybe the people who rated this place highly in the past were not here in tourist season . Overall, a horrible experience, sorry I booked and pre-paid... buyer beware!
The hotel was close to the airport , great rooms and near a variety of restaurants
About a 1/2 mile+ from central Jackson Hole which is good if you want to be away from the noise of town but close enough to zip up, enjoy the shopping and food, and zip back for the night. Pleasant people and nice room. No restaurant but walking distance to a couple in the shopping center behind. Highly recommend walking a little further to find the little Mexican place kind of hidden and past the shopping center. It's called Pica and it was a friendly, happy place where locals go and we had a great cheap meal.
Finally a clean room on our trip out west! Very nice staff at check in. Room was clean, comfortable, well supplied with towels and such. Walls a little thin, heard party in the next room going on at 2am, desk worker tried to quiet them down. Breakfast average but sufficient. Would have been perfect if there was a pool, oh well. I would go back!
They upgraded us to a suite when we realized they only had King size beds and we were traveling with two children. They did this upgrade for free-no hassels!!
