Nice hotel but having to walk two blocks for parking was not any fun.
Great hotel in a perfect location. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff in particular was outstanding and eager to please. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place with a western flair. My only negative comment is to stay away from the first level rooms on the street side. The light from the neighboring buildings is very bright and not very well shaded by the blinds. We raised this issue and were given another room that was much better, making our stay a real pleasure.
This was my first time to Jackson Hole. I was so impressed with this hotel that I am planning to go back with my family in February for a ski vacation. They gave me a complimentary upgrade to a Junior King Suite during my stay. I feel like I was treated like royalty and I was only there for one night. I am always a little nervous about booking a room on an Internet site, however, this has been the best experience and I will not shy away from booking on line again. 10 STARS!
The Wort was a wonderful experience. The beds and bedding was awsome. Service was excellent in all areas. Only minor irritation was that the water pressure would change in the shower and the lighting was not great for putting on makeup. Other than that, I look forward to going back some day.
We have been to Jackson, Wyoming for the last 5 years. We have stayed at the Wort for the last 3 of them. We love the warmth and comfort of the Wort. It is the most convenient to everything in town and to shop and go to dinner. It is a nice drive to Yellowstone from there also. We are going again this year. we recommend it to everyone.
