Great Hotel in HCM
I stayed at the Equatorial because of the distance to my girlfriends home. As it turned out to be she stayed with me the entire 5 days, although I had to book an extra room for her. The hotel facilities are excellent, the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. The bar on 2nd level is to be mentioned in particular, because I happened to have a lot of fun with the employees whilst waiting for my girlfriend. A great time I spent at this hotel and I would most definately strongly recommend it to the HCM traveller who is looking for something just outside the center and business district. It is probably more of HCM due to its location than other hotels in the business district. Breakfast is also to be mentioned - excellent quality, plentiful food around and yet again a very attentive and friendly service.
