Location of hotel adjacent to the large pedestrian area is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Housekeeping service was spotty at best. One day only the bathroom in our room was cleaned -- bed left unmade, trash not emptied, coffee not replaced, etc. Pool is still closed.

Good Location
Room air conditioner couldn't cool room below 85F! After complaint, they brought a portable AC unit which worked, but had to stick a large hose outside the window to work. This is an EXPENSIVE hotel. because it is supposed to have a Thermal-Bath pool in the basement. It is there, but it has been broken for over 2months and will be broken for the next year!!
