Not a 4* hotel in reality, poor welcome
This hotel is not worth a 4* rating. The room I had was very small. Problems with hot water pressure, I did have my shower with cold water only...
Rude people
The personnel are very rude. The room was ok and everything else was fine. But having the personnel talk so rudely to a customer is beyond me.
