NH Puebla
Our expirence at this hotel was great, We arrived early at around noon. This was not a problem The front desk spoke acceptal English and made us feel welcome. We were taken to our room and explained how to use the modern techonoligy, and given a map.The roof top was small but clean, there was a bar and fitness centewr on the roof. Laundry service worked well.The resturant was very nice some of the staff did not speak English but quickly found someone that did if they did not understand us.The location was great, 2 blocks from the Zocolo (Central square)The best part was the helpfulness of the staff.

NH Puebla
Excellent location. Able to walk to Zocalo in minutes and many nearby restaurants, markets, shops of all variety. Helpful staff who spoke English. Easy internet access in business area. Helped with local travel arrangements. Great, clean bathroom and shower. Nice room that had a personal safe which was handy. Bed was like a slab of marble but clean linens. Airconditioner worked well. Lots of noise from hallway, elevator, rooms next door. Nice pool but closed--too cold to swim. Bar and restaurant looked good but ate with friends other places. Parking looked adequate. Will stay here again next time.
