Bad Experience
4 of 5 buildings under construction with 2 completely closed. Rooms leaked when raining and musty smell. Oder in building 2 bar was over powering. Same comments from several other travelers.
Terrible food
They were not honest about repairs and a flood, I was placed into a filthy substandard room and they wouldnt help me. I left the next day.
Do NOT STAY HERE
Avoid this hotel! The ""all inclusive"" feature is very misleading. There were only 3 restaurants open, the rooms flooded, air conditioners were broken, the staff was rude - there is nothing positive about this resort
We Loved the staff at the Oasis Palm Beach
the hotel was undergoing repairs, they should have notified us of the fact prior to arrival, the other option did not have as many restaurants as this, they hesitate to offer the change, we had to press for getting it, they kept on showing differnet rooms all noisy and inadecuate because of the repairs.

All these bad reviews are true! Hotel actually let someone in our room with a key while I was in the shower. There are better hotels in slum neighborhoods. Only plus was the pool and beach, but you can get that elsewhere
