Great value!! I was leary about the one star rating, but the reviews didn't lie. This was a very nice hotel - rooms are big and CLEAN, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice surprise - sausage, english muffins, etc. Kids loved the indoor pool.

We went to Prescott for the night and the kids wanted to swim. Not many of the other hotels had indoor pools
My husband and I had to go to Prescott Arizona for a funeral. After stopping at 11 different motels and finding them all sold out, our friends found a vacancy here online. We were very happy with this motel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.We were suprised by all the amenities this motel offered for the very reasonable price.

First we read the reviews but it is surprise that every thing those we needed we found... continental breakfast, rooms are very comfortable, quite and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We definitely stay there again and recomand our friends to choose this facility for thier need.
We visit and stay in the Prescott area quite often and have stayed at many of the motels in that area. We have decided to stay at this motel in the future. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are larger than most of their competitors and very clean. Comfortable beds and quite rooms. Cordial and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained indoor pool and spa. Free breakfast better than others. Very good ammentites for the price. A very good value. We will come back here.
This was a nice find. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even tho we stayed on a Saturday night and the place was sold out, our room was quiet and we slept well. The continental breakfast was good. The manager stated that they have made many recent improvements to the property in the last 6 months. We will be staying at this motel again."
We drove up to Prescott Valley on a Friday night just for a getaway from the heat in Pheonix. We found that all of higher end motels were sold out, so we took a chance and took a room at this property. Boy, were we supprised. The rate was very reasonable. The desk clerk was very freindly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had more amentites than we expected for the price. The continental breakfast was equal to some of the bigger name motels. The next time we visit Prescott Valley, we are staying here!

The staff here was very friendly. However, when we checked in we were told our room was ready when it wasn't. We said we would go to lunch and come back. When we returned over an hour later, it still wasn't serviced. I made the beds myself. The pool was very cold. When we went for breakfast in the morning, the floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. Not very appetizing if you ask me. We paid for the night of July 4 which wasn't bad, but given the option, we won't stay here again.

Walls paper thin, making it very hard to sleep! Not much they can do to change know, but sound proofing would have been nice when building this place.
Most of the hotel rooms in Prescott were sold out, so I took a chance on this one. It worked in a pinch, but I wouldn't stay there again. The bed was hard so I didn't sleep good, and the soap was in dispensers that were poorly maintained so I had to get old soap goop on my hands in order to wash them. I went out for breakfast because what was offered was scarce.
