This motel was a great alternative to the overpriced crazy winter scene in Mammoth yet still close to skiing, etc!
Great view, very nice hotel!

Nice view - shame about the rest!
This motel had distant views of a lake, but that is the best bit! The rooms are clean but very dated. No toiletries except a bar of soap and th...

Way Overpriced!!!
I chose this motel upon the recommendation of a close friend. I was very disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. One word would a...
Where do I begin? The room cost 122.00 a night and it was not clean when we arrived at 3:00 pm. (check-in is at 2:00 pm). The heater was broken (though the owner left a post-it note to warn us), the bathroom was stained and tiles were missing, the bed was hard and rippled. The back door had been kicked in from the prior occupant. Through the closed door, a large gap at the doorframe allowed cold air to enter the room. An oscillating fan stood in the corner of each room as air conditioning was absent. The motel is in a general state of disrepair. I have stayed at many places in and around Yosemite and have never paid so much for such a dump. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
Low quality, no airco
Not the best motel I staid in. Rooms were clean, but very oldfashioned. No airconditioning available. Not recommended more
Not the best!
You must be paying for the location when you book this hotel, because the room isn't worth the price! We stayed in a Super 8 the next night & i...

Extremely Disappointing - Especially at the Price
While there are nice view sof Mono Lake from some rooms, overall this motel is a study in deferred maintenance. The whole place appears to be s...
Nobody there cares about customers, even the owner. Phone is answered by voice mail only, and you shouldn't wait for somebody to call you back! I tried to talk to personnel over the phone all day, I left voice messages with my information and didn't get needed help. After 2 days I finally talked to the owner, to find out that it's my fault that I didn't get help on time! Only if you don't know were to throw away your money, in that case you can throw them away in this hotel, or better give it to charity, at least it will make somebody feel good.
a no no
Room is so so, below average. The lake though in sight is kind of far, not impressed. The morning we left my son found a huge bed bug on the be...
