I travel to SF about once a month on business and always make a point to stay at the Omni. And I'm never disappointed! This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are always very friendly and eager to please. I once went by the business center to print my boarding pass (for free I might add) and it was full. I must have had a sour look on my face because the lady at the front desk offered to print my boarding pass without me evening having to ask. I appreciate that they remember me and call me by name. Food is good and location very convenient for my business. Highly recommend.

Of all the hotels at which we have stayed, our stay at the Omni was probably the most pleasant. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the friendliness and attitude of the entire staff. The Omni was a wondeful hotel. The staff was very helpful, from an easy early check in (after a 10 hour flight from Seoul this was so very very appreciated!), to directions to local sights and assistance with using the BART. The room was very nice as well, far more spacious and comfortable than the room I had in the Grand Hyatt on my last trip to the Bay Area. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet comfortable retreat in the heart of San Francisco.
