Hotel is clean and modern. However, the prices charged are about ** more than they should be considering this is Watsonville. Watsonville IS NOT Santa Cruz or Monterey.

Hotel was ok. Clean. Pretty good for a place to sleep. Breakfast was't too bad. Staff helpfull. I would not stay here for any extended period though if you have a family. Nothing to see in Watsonville, and not located in a very good neighborhood. So basically you will be stuck in a hotel room.

Front Desk was unhelpful and insisted we pay for something when it was the hotel's fault. Even the morning Front Desk guy was surprised at our experience and told us to escalate to Management. Management was even more unhelpful and lied about escalating to her manager. Would not call us back when she said she would. Would not provide any names or numbers to who we could contact.

Party of 3. Paid 4 xtra person.Switched rm fr 2 beds 2 handicapped rm. Front desk DID NOT mention handicapped rm has 1 bed. Refused 2 give rollaway bed @ no charge, 3x. My mom is handicapped & my sis was 9 mos pregnant took the bed & I slept on the floor. I sent a ltr 2 hotel outlining unacceptable situation. The hotel insisted that what had happened did not happen. Hotel supervisor refused (perhaps lied) that manager is aware of problem. Refused me 5x to speak w/ manager. And, located in bad area.
