We checked in Sunday evening and checked out the same night. When we went to go to sleep around 10PM, my daughter found a wet spot in the middle of the bed -- it appeared to have soaked through from the mattress up. They switched our room, but the second room had been smoked in. We tried another room and the sheets on one of the beds looked slept in already. So we tried one more room -- not only did the sheets looked slept in, my wife found hairs on the pillow & sheet -- uuuggh! At that point, we told the front desk that we were leaving & requested a refund. The front desk clerk said that she was only authorized to give us half our money back. When I called the manager the next day, she said that she checked the rooms and only found one hair -- so she wouldn't provide a full refund either. What gives? Never again!
